I recently purchased 6 Maxwell dining chairs from Atlantic and because they were unsuitable decided to return them. They were not comfortable. The seats were much firmer than they look in the online photos or as described. What I didn't realize however is that since the chairs were delivered in three boxes, each box attracts a £20 pick up charge for returns. I paid £20 to have them delivered to Ireland and £60 to return them. I didn't become aware of this until I organised the return. I am really aggrieved by the fact that I'm out of pocket by £80 as a result of my dealings with Atlantic. I won't be purchasing anything from them in the future and want to warn customers to check the fineprint when ordering.

Due to COVID we had a long wait for our bar stools but when they came they were good quality and looked good, however one piece of wood was missing however the problem was very quickly resolved with the missing piece arriving 24 hours later
Everything went great until we carefully built the stools and discovered that they don’t sit flush on the kitchen floor. However they look good and match the other two that we bought from you previously - by the way, they sit perfectly!!
We ordered 2no stools from Atlantic Shopping and they arrived both scratched and the backs of the chairs are different colours! Customer service awful! If I could put zero star rating I would!
My dining chair arrived when expected and I am very pleased with it.
Delivery was as expected due to shipping issue. Chairs look nice but 2 out of 3 chairs rock due to legs being 3mm short of offset. I remedied myself by adding an extra floor protector pad (supplied) to one leg on each of the two chairs.
Definitely recommend buying any chairs from here. The choice is fabulous! We bought 3 beautiful bar stools in a blue velour fabric. Excellent build instructions. Arrived very quickly even with a pre-order.
Great looking chairs. The padding on the seat bases is poor though. You can feel the wooden support slats. They are. Only a few weeks old so I doubt they will last the test of time.
